WHO ARE WE?

WHAT DO WE DO?

JCW has set very high standards for itself. We practice with intensity and have a strong work ethic. The team is very dedicated, exudes desire to learn, and is determined to become the strongest wrestling club in Missouri. This mindset has carried over to our goal-oriented approach. Our club emphasizes that a JCW wrestler be a student first, and wrestler second.

We are a proud organization that strives for excellence and is always recruiting young ambitious athletes (boy or girl) from the surrounding area that might enjoy experiencing quality competition and the spirit of sportsmanship. We strive to develop winning attitudes in our wrestlers which fosters the environment were champions are born. For those interested, you're welcome to visit our practice, and let's wrestle!!!

Fundraising Opportunities We have raised over $10,000 in the past three years to pay for each one of our wrestlers to compete at a competitive level. We travel throughout the United States and represent our community at many Regional and National Events. We also participate in many local events as well. All funds are contributed back to each one of our wrestlers to help pay for entry fees, hotel and travel cost, wrestling gear and the latest safety equipment to help them continue to compete on a competitive level. All wrestlers, Gold or Black Level, have the opportunity to participate in fundraisers to help offset the cost. Funds can be used toward Club Fee, Tournament Fees, apparel, Hotel, and Traveling Expenses. Hardship: We have a diverse group of members in our club at JCW. Many come from lower to middle class families. Here at JCW we have a belief, that we will not turn a child away because of their lack of ability to pay. We will make arrangements for payment plans, required fundraising, and possible work opportunities to help offset the cost. All will need to be discussed with Head Coach/Director Anthony Ward We have limited openings for new wrestlers, so please Contact Coach Anthony Ward if you would like to join our club! 816-908-8634
